In het kort: Gladjanus verzamelt geen gegevens. Geen account, geen server, geen advertenties, geen analyse, geen tracking. Wat je invoert blijft op je eigen telefoon.
1. Wie is verantwoordelijk
Get Cloudy B.V., gevestigd in Nederland, maakt en publiceert Gladjanus. Vragen over privacy stel je via [email protected].
2. Welke gegevens we verzamelen
Geen. De app vraagt niet om je naam, e-mailadres, locatie, contacten, foto's of andere persoonsgegevens en leest die ook niet uit. De app vraagt om geen enkele iOS-toestemming, maakt geen verbinding met internet en bevat geen analyse-, advertentie- of crashrapportagediensten van derden. We weten dus niet wie je bent of hoe vaak je speelt. Dat geldt ook voor kinderen; in de App Store staat de app op 13+.
3. Wat de app op je telefoon bewaart
Om te werken bewaart de app een paar dingen in zijn eigen opslag op je toestel:
- de spelersnamen die je invoert, zodat je ze de volgende keer niet opnieuw hoeft te typen;
- je instellingen, zoals speltaal, menutaal, geluid, muziek, trillen en de uitleg voor het spel;
- welke woorden en vragen per pakket al gespeeld zijn, zodat ze niet twee keer voorkomen;
- het versienummer van de app bij de eerste installatie.
Deze gegevens verlaten je telefoon niet en zijn voor ons niet zichtbaar. Maak je een back-up van je toestel via iCloud of je computer, dan kan de opslag van de app daarin meegaan; daarop is het privacybeleid van Apple van toepassing. Spelersnamen verwijder je op het spelersscherm. Verwijder je de app, dan is alles in één keer weg. Er is bij ons niets om te verwijderen, dus daar hoef je ons niet om te vragen.
4. Delen met derden
We delen geen gegevens met derden, want we hebben er geen. Twee dingen zijn wel goed om te weten:
- Apple verwerkt gegevens als je apps downloadt en bijwerkt via de App Store. Heb je in de iOS-instellingen "Deel met app-ontwikkelaars" aangezet, dan kan Apple ons anonieme gebruiksstatistieken en crashrapporten tonen. Die zijn niet tot jou te herleiden. Zie het privacybeleid van Apple.
- Mail je ons, dan bewaren we je bericht zolang dat nodig is om je te helpen.
5. Je rechten
Volgens de AVG heb je recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking, overdraagbaarheid en bezwaar, en mag je toestemming intrekken. Omdat we geen gegevens van je hebben en om geen toestemming vragen, valt er bij ons niets in te zien, te verwijderen of in te trekken. Heb je toch een vraag of een klacht, mail dan naar [email protected]. Je kunt ook terecht bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Nederland) of de Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (België).
6. Deze website
gladjan.us plaatst geen cookies en laadt geen scripts, lettertypes of afbeeldingen van derden. De hostingprovider kan voor de veiligheid kortstondig technische logbestanden bijhouden, zoals het IP-adres waarmee je de pagina opvraagt.
7. Wijzigingen
Verandert er iets aan hoe de app met gegevens omgaat, dan passen we dit beleid aan vóór die versie verschijnt en zetten we de nieuwe datum bovenaan. De actuele versie staat altijd op gladjan.us.
In short: Gladjanus collects no data. No account, no server, no ads, no analytics, no tracking. Whatever you enter stays on your own phone.

Get Cloudy B.V., based in the Netherlands, makes and publishes Gladjanus. For privacy questions, email [email protected].
2. What data we collect
None. The app does not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos or any other personal data, and does not read them either. The app requests no iOS permissions, does not connect to the internet and contains no third-party analytics, advertising or crash reporting services. So we do not know who you are or how often you play. That goes for children too; the App Store rates the app 13+.
3. What the app stores on your phone
To work, the app keeps a few things in its own storage on your device:
- the player names you enter, so you do not have to type them again next time;
- your settings, such as game language, menu language, sound, music, vibration and the intro;
- which words and questions have already been played per pack, so they do not come up twice;
- the version number of the app at first install.
This data never leaves your phone and is not visible to us. If you back up your device through iCloud or your computer, the app's storage may be included; Apple's privacy policy applies to that backup. You remove player names on the players screen. Delete the app and everything is gone at once. There is nothing on our side to delete, so you never need to ask us.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not share data with third parties, because we have none. Two things are worth knowing:
- Apple processes data when you download and update apps through the App Store. If you have enabled "Share with App Developers" in the iOS settings, Apple may show us anonymous usage statistics and crash reports. These cannot be traced back to you. See Apple's privacy policy.
- If you email us, we keep your message for as long as needed to help you.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object, and to withdraw consent. Because we hold no data about you and ask for no consent, there is nothing on our side to access, erase or withdraw. If you still have a question or a complaint, email [email protected]. You can also contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit) or the supervisory authority in your own country.
6. This website
gladjan.us sets no cookies and loads no scripts, fonts or images from third parties. The hosting provider may briefly keep technical log files for security, such as the IP address that requested the page.
7. Changes
If anything changes in how the app handles data, we update this policy before that version is released and put the new date at the top. The current version is always at gladjan.us.
